Responsibilities: * Providing customer applications training / support in house and at customer's facilities * Performs time studies, test cuts, and machine demonstrations as needed * Programing of multi-axis applications utilizing CAM-systems * Assists in reviewing applications aspects of RFQs and turnkey projects and feasibility * Provides sales support at trade shows and open house events * Develop leading machining processes * Provide customer production analysis and support on site, etc * Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested Requirements: * BS Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field experience. * 4-6 years' experience in machining and/or training * Knowledge in the field of 5-axis machining * Control knowledge of CNC controls, Heidenhain / Siemens preferred * Good written and spoken English skills * Teamwork and high level of performance * Location Franklin, WI (headquarter of Hermle USA) * Extensive travel is required (including international)
