Summary Description Are you passionate about real estate and eager to make a significant impact in the industry? We are seeking a motivated and energetic Real Estate Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee property listings, conduct in-depth market analysis, and assist clients in finding their perfect homes. Your knowledge and guidance will be essential in helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with ease, delivering a seamless and satisfying experience. Responsibilities * Participate in Our Agent Launch Program Engage in our thorough 86-day launch program, crafted to provide you with the vital skills needed to thrive as a Realtor in today's market. Typically, new agents close or have 3.4 transactions pending during this time, while seasoned agents average 9.3. * Guide Buyers in Finding Their Dream Home, Crafting Offers, and Securing Acceptance Relish the home search journey while honing your skills in our effective buyer presentation and offer strategies. * Provide Detailed Written Feedback to Enhance Clients' Search Criteria Take part in our outstanding communication training program to ensure successful offer acceptance for your clients. * Prepare and Negotiate Offers for Sales Agents and Clients Acquire practical experience through in-person training to grasp the complexities of real estate transactions. * Allocate at Least 10 Hours Weekly to Lead Generation, Appointment Scheduling, and Conversions Join our team if you're prepared to work hard. We offer scripts and training to support your daily tasks. * Host Three Open Houses Each Month Organize three open houses monthly, with one weekend off to maintain work-life balance, backed by our extensive training. * Participate in Team Activities as per Team Standards Adopt our strong work ethic by engaging in office activities at least three days a week. Our full-time agents participate in client events, script practice, calls, door knocking, and social media initiatives. * Commit to Weekly One-on-One Coaching, Training Sessions, and Partner Calls Treat this role as a career, not a pastime. We help you develop a weekly schedule to set clear expectations. * Leverage PLACE Technology to Track Tasks and Activities Utilize our excellent data entry system to efficiently monitor all your calls and appointments. Qualifications * Must hold a valid real estate license * Personable and client-focused * Highly motivated and passionate * Available to work from the office a minimum of three days a week * Maintains a positive and energetic demeanor * Comfortable with regular car travel * Skilled in assessing client needs and matching them with suitable properties * Open to learning and receptive to feedback * Results-driven with a history of success * Requires a high school diploma or GED * Strong team player * Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales (license required) * Exceptionally organized * Open to learning and applying scripts and dialogues * Superior time management abilities About-our-team About Us Welcome to the Tonya Harbin Team , where we bring a fresh perspective to the real estate industry.
