In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our caregiving services for our personal service agency and a unique tool to potential clients and agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, passion for sales, and a self-motivator. MUST HAVE HOMECARE EXPERIENCE Responsibilities * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Manage and develop relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. * Engage in cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Analyze market data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. * Collaborate with the office team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. * Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients. Qualifications * MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH OR HOME CARE EXPERIENCE * Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data and market insights. * Experience in conducting product demonstrations is a plus. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire for continuous improvement. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences * Must understand waiver services Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * Zionsville, IN 46077 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Zionsville, IN 46077
