Sales Representative - E-Waste Recycling Facility Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at our leading e-waste recycling facility. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by purchasing e-waste and electronic materials from a variety of sources, managing client accounts, and promoting our environmentally friendly recycling services. While prior experience is preferred, entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: * Cold Calling & Client Acquisition: Engage in daily cold calling to target businesses, institutions, and facilities that may have e-waste or electronic materials to sell. * Purchasing E-Waste & Electronics: Negotiate and purchase e-waste and electronic materials from a variety of sources, including businesses, corporations, schools, and government entities. * Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent business and long-term partnerships. * Product Promotion: Promote the benefits of our e-waste recycling services, highlighting environmental sustainability, compliance with regulations, and cost-effective solutions. * Sales Target Achievement: Drive direct sales activities to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly purchasing goals for e-waste materials. * Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends and customer needs to identify potential sources of e-waste for purchase. * Client Education & Support: Provide clients with information about e-waste recycling processes, data destruction services, and compliance with environmental standards. * Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and the status of purchasing agreements. Qualifications: * Experience in direct sales or purchasing is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. * Comfort and confidence with cold calling and outreach to multiple facilities daily. * Familiarity with e-waste recycling practices or interest in sustainability is a plus. * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Proactive and results-driven approach to sales, with a focus on achieving purchasing targets. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow through on sales processes.
