Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Showing Assistant to support our thriving commercial real estate team. This role is key in providing a seamless and professional experience for our clients and prospects. You'll play an active part in the showing process, lead follow-up, and administrative coordination--ensuring that our commercial transactions run smoothly from first contact to closing. Key Responsibilities * Conduct property showings for commercial buyers, tenants, and investors * Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert interest into active clients * Assist in prospecting for new commercial real estate opportunities * Coordinate and attend property tours, listing appointments, and inspections * Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, status updates, and action plans * Assign and manage follow-up workflows to support pipeline health * Collaborate with Senior Commercial Agent to ensure a high standard of service and communication * Help convert inquiries into scheduled buyer or tenant consultations * Research and send available commercial listings based on client needs and investment goals * Support clients with market insights including zoning, traffic counts, lease terms, and area demographics * Consistently ask for client reviews and referrals post-engagement * Learn and stay informed about commercial real estate trends, leasing structures, and investment analysis * Ensure that each client receives fiduciary-level service from inquiry through closing Qualifications * Experience in a real estate, administrative, or sales assistant role (commercial real estate a plus) * Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills * Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented * Professional verbal and written communication skills * Willingness to learn the commercial real estate market and terminology * Active Florida Real Estate License (required) * Multilingual capabilities are a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Required) Work Location: In person
