Our work environment includes: * Friendly office setting * Food provided Sales and Programs Coordinator's primary responsibilities are securing new orders and setting up programs and instructions per event agreements and retail requirements. Setup programs and instructions as per client orders to ensure their timely execution. * Secure new orders from clients * Set up programs as per client orders and retail standards * Generate Event Instructions for Brand Ambassadors * Communicate event schedule to clients and retailers * Communicate with the event booking team to ensure the smooth execution of programs * Review program schedule to ensure timely execution of programs * Fulfill responsibilities of event management team members on special occasions * Special projects as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
