Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills and a passion for skincare, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and account management efforts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through discovery meetings and effective communication strategies. * Identify market opportunities and create tailored solutions to meet client needs. * Utilize NetSuite to manage accounts, track sales activities, and report on progress. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our skincare solutions. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform Director of Sales. * Achieve sales targets through proactive business development efforts, prospecting and account management practices. * In-field 4 days. Minimum 4 prospect calls per day. 2 New Qualified Doors opened per month. Qualifications * Proven experience in skincare sales or a related field is preferred. * Esthetics License a plus. * Proficiency in NetSuite or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to ask for the business. * Experience in warm/cold calling and developing new business opportunities. * Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the skincare industry. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
