Seacoast RVs is looking for energetic, detail oriented seasonal help for our busy, fast paced retail store. Weekends are a must! Responsibilities : 1.) Greet customers and provide customer assistance by responding to inquiries, evaluating customer needs, providing price quotes and making additional purchase recommendations as appropriate. 2.) Fill daily orders for the Service Department if needed by retrieving parts and supplies in a timely manner. 3.) Refer to various catalogs to determine parts and supply availability and place special parts orders as needed. 4.) Operate computer to input, retrieve and view parts inventory data for incoming deliveries, sales and service department usage. 5.) Operate cash register. 6.) Maintain a sufficient inventory of commonly used parts and supplies by notifying Parts Manager of potential shortages. 7.) Receive and examine incoming deliveries for discrepancies or damages and place in the appropriate area. 8.) Source and order parts and supplies from vendors to fulfill orders as needed. 9.) Mail and follow up special parts order notifications for customers, and determine appropriate course of action for leftover special order parts. 10.) Prepare seasonal parts/accessories displays. 11.) Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and proper working condition, and ensure reference material, parts catalogs and price books are current, accessible and readable. 12.) Perform other related duties as assigned.
