ASHE Society's Retail Sales Shift Lead will be responsible for providing leadership and management for the staff during a given set of work hours. The Shift Lead will support the Sales Manager by supervising tasks, monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, and delegating work. Roles & Responsibilities * Assist with daily and weekly retail operations * Precise cash handling and management * Ensure the shift is adequately staffed * Develop and assign tasks to staff members, oversee completion of tasks * Resolve customer issues * Train new hires and create development opportunities * Provide recognition and constructive feedback throughout the shift as appropriate * Arranging merchandise to ensure neat, clean and safe working environment * Responsible for maintaining the cleanings of store Qualifications * Must be at least 21 years of age * Valid identification to work in the US * 2-3 years' experience in related or similar industry * Proficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office * Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills * Strong customer service skills * Proficient at multi- tasking in a fast-paced environment * Positive team player who works well with others * Reliable transportation * Knowledgeable and passionate about the Cannabis Industry (preferred) Compensation & Benefits Package * Base salary plus tips * Paid Time Off (sick/vacation) * Employee Discounts * Vendor products and deals * Day of Birthday Day off * Welcome Gift Bag Physical Demands & Work Environment * Flexibility/availability to work weekends & nights * Prolonged periods of standing * Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds * Frequently required to reach with hands and arms * Required to stand, bend, lift and engage in repetitive motion * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus * Noise level in this work environment is moderate to high Note: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
