Responsibilities - Ability to use a computer for online cross-listing of vintage clothing items during downtime in the store - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences. - Utilize your retail sales expertise to recommend products and services that meet customer requirements. - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately. - Maintain a tidy and organized store appearance to enhance the overall shopping experience. - Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels. - Uphold company standards for customer service excellence at all times. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets. - Demonstrate proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
