In this role, you'll help streamline sales processes, track key performance metrics, maintain CRM data, and support internal sales campaigns and training initiatives. You'll work closely with sales leadership, inside sales, business development, and marketing to ensure our sales engine runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, loves improving systems, and is interested in developing a career in sales operations or enablement. * Responsibilities and Duties * Support the sales team with reports, tools, and resources * Help run sales campaigns, training programs, and process updates * Help track and compile key performance metrics and weekly/monthly sales reports * Support onboarding and training logistics (setting up sessions, updating materials) * Assist with creating and maintaining sales resources like call scripts, templates, and playbooks * Organize and monitor sales campaigns, outreach schedules, and events * Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment * Troubleshoot tools and systems issues for the sales team as needed * Periodically assist with revision of company literature and marketing materials * Evaluating customer needs * Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., deal stages, rep activities, contact info, etc.) * Performs other duties as assigned Skills * A sharp eye for details and love for clean data * Curiosity and a drive to help improve how things work * Friendly, helpful, and proactive attitude * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills * Ability to function well in a high-paced environment * Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines Qualifications * Valid Drivers license * 2+ years in sales, support, operations, or admin role * A High School diploma or equivalent required * Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required * Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills * Ability to use applications for business; Email, Google Meets, Docs, Sheets, Slides or other related applications * Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn the organization's Customer Report Management system * Ability to operate general office equipment; phone, fax, printer /copier, and computer Benefits * Health Insurance * 401K * Paid sick / vacation time * Paid company holidays * 3 months of paid trainingEnvirocheck
