HL URIMAN INC (Brea, CA) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry & 5years + Automotive Aftermarket Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development, marketing, and management of automotive aftermarket products, ensuring they align with quality standards and market needs. This position is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of automotive systems, emerging market trends, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to identify their automotive aftermarket needs and offer tailored solutions. * Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling a wide range of aftermarket parts and accessories to existing and new customers. * Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products. * Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints in a professional and timely manner. * Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager, providing insights on performance, challenges, and opportunities. * Strategic Market Development(5years+) : Develop targeted strategies to maximize product utilization and expand market share. * Team Collaboration(5years +) : Work with cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations) to align business objectives and ensure product delivery. Qualifications: * Self-motivated and outgoing personality. * Positive and supportive attitude as a team player. * Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities. * Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with customers. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Minimum 5 years of Sale Experience (for another position) Preferred Qualifications for Sales Associate: * Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in Sales development and customer management. * Knowledge of market research techniques and data analytic tools. * Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards in the automotive sector. * Experience in e-commerce operations Preferred Qualifications for 5years+ Sales Associate: * Experience in the automotive parts industry or a related business * Proven leadership in driving positive gross profit * Experience in managing sales representatives * Track record of successfully signing up new customers * Proficiency in daily and monthly sales analysis Work Environment: * This position may require occasional travel to supplier sites and trade shows. * Office-based with potential visits to production facilities or warehouses.
