Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Duties * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. * Conduct market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and market trends. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. * Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and advertisements. * Maintain knowledge of real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance during transactions. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and record-keeping. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors. * Stay informed about local market conditions and developments in the real estate industry.
