This is a hybrid position centered around converting high-intent internet leads provided to you by the brokerage. You'll guide buyers and sellers from first contact to close using the systems, support, and leads we supply. What We 're Looking For: * Active Florida Real Estate License (required) * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Confidence in working with online buyer/seller leads * Knowledge of the Jacksonville real estate market and trends * Customer-first attitude and a strong desire to succeed * Prior real estate experience preferred but not required What You 'll Do: * Respond to and convert internet leads into clients * Assist buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction * Leverage our CRM and training to manage your pipeline efficiently * Provide market insight and guidance throughout the home buying or selling process * Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships Ready to Take the Next Step?
