Full description of the position

This role is responsible for supporting the field with territory management, determining best practices and performance measurements, client negotiations and market decisions alongside the internal campaign account managers and Territory Optimization Director. Looking for someone excited about growth opportunity and additional responsibilities to eventually take on tasks in various areas from coaching the field, working one on one with clients, reporting and improving processes across the board. Ideal candidates are solution oriented, and people oriented with prior sales management experience and/or people facing fast paced customer service experience. Candidates will work closely with the sales teams, internal account managers and client to improve lead quality and territory insight data. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Supporting sales teams - problem solving, deciphering enhancement needs vs. training needs * Working with the client regarding product and sales targets (penetration) * Gathering feedback from program users * Analyzing data and reports to find trends and propose improvements to customer and client processes * Communicating critical territory information/ changes to pertinent campaign account managers/ team members/ICLs * Territory coaching and collaborating on best practices * Creating business requirements, and business process documentation * Determining headcount capacity based on leads delivered * Redistribution and Surplus Analysis quarterly * Client Liaison - Account manager communication for ICL and Campaign needs * Working with Learning and Development on the creation of training material and conducting the training for process and system improvements for ICL processes * Join quarterly leads meeting via face to face or zoom (depending on need) Key Success Measures: The effectiveness of the Territory Optimization Manager will be measured by progress against the following: * Performance - Rep and owner performance as it relates to penetration rates, sales targets and revenue. * Systems and processes - System and process requirements are optimal for the end user to Skill and Experience Requirements: * 2 plus years' experience in B2B or D2D sales environment. * Strong verbal and written skills. * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work within defined timeframes. * Attention to detail.
