If you're seeking a flexible full-time position that offers a world of advancement potential, send us your resume today!Compensation: 85000 - 125000 yearly Responsibilities: * Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs * Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's individual needs * Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients * Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients * Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals Qualifications: * Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus * High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus * Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole * Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed * Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office About Company TruLegacy Life Group, LLC, established in February 2024, is committed to providing life insurance solutions and wealth-building tools to individual clients and corporate groups, focusing on self-employed individuals. * At TruLegacy, our mission is clear:* to become the leading life insurance agency in the continental United States.
