Job Description We are looking for our next insurance sales rockstar who wants to make $85,000 - $120,000 or more selling Allstate Insurance policies for the Envision Insurance Group at the agency location in Hurst, Texas - remote work from home is an option once qualified based on consistent production. Salary: $60000.00 - $85000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Uncapped Commissions Marketing and lead generation support Recognition and performance incentives Direct mentorship from agency leadership * Responsibilities* * Engage with prospective customers by phone, email, and in-person to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions. * Quote and sell property & casualty insurance policies, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella, using Allstates systems and tools. * Educate clients on insurance options and help them make informed decisions based on their lifestyle, risk tolerance, and budget. * Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency and develop new business through referrals, cross-selling, and community engagement. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and sales activity using our CRM and Allstate systems. * Meet or exceed individual sales goals and agency performance benchmarks for new business production. * Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and Allstates operational standards. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent, positive customer experience and contribute to overall agency success. * Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques. Requirements * Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain one before start date) * Strong communication skills both verbal and written * Confidence in making outbound calls and building rapport with prospective clients * Proven ability to close sales and meet performance goals * Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating online quoting platforms, CRM tools, and email systems * High level of organization and attention to detail * Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented thrives in a performance-driven environment * Positive, team-player attitude with a passion for helping others * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus * Previous sales experience preferred, but not required we provide full training Company Description Envision Insurance Group is a locally owned and operated Allstate agency based in Hurst, Texas.
