Job Opening: Business Development Professional (Recovery Services) Location: Huntington Beach (Hybrid - Field-based with remote flexibility) Organization: Still Waters Recovery Center Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Independent Contractor or Employee | Compensation Based on Experience About Still Waters Recovery Center Still Waters Recovery Center is a Christ-centered Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) dedicated to helping individuals overcome drug and alcohol addiction through clinical excellence and biblical truth. We specialize in outpatient care that supports clients in long-term recovery by integrating professional therapy, group support, and spiritual transformation. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and relational Business Development Professional with a strong background in the recovery field to help us expand our reach and bring hope and healing to more individuals and families. The ideal candidate will be skilled in networking with detox and residential treatment facilities to position our IOP services as a step-down and aftercare option , and comfortable partnering with churches and Christian ministries to build referral pipelines. Key Responsibilities * Identify and cultivate relationships with detox and residential treatment centers. * Educate treatment providers on the value of our IOP services as a continuation of care. * Build partnerships with local churches, pastors, and Christian ministries for client referrals. * Represent Still Waters Recovery Center at industry events, faith-based conferences, and networking opportunities. * Collaborate with internal leadership to develop outreach strategies aligned with our mission and values. * Track outreach activities, generate leads, and contribute to referral growth metrics. Ideal Candidate * Experience in business development, marketing, or outreach within the behavioral health or addiction recovery space. * Strong knowledge of levels of care, especially IOP as part of the treatment continuum. * Established relationships in the treatment or recovery field preferred. * Passion for Christian ministry and a heart for serving individuals and families affected by addiction. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a faith-driven team.
