What You'll Do: * Engage Customers - Greet guests with enthusiasm, assist with selections, and provide top-tier service. * Create Stunning Displays - Keep floral arrangements fresh and visually appealing. * Stay Organized - Maintain a clean workspace, process deliveries, and manage inventory. * Collaborate - Work as a team to uphold company standards and assist with training when needed. * Adapt & Thrive - Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
