We are looking for a passionate and driven Group Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue through group sales and client relationship management. Position Summary The Group Sales Representative will focus on generating and closing group sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and increasing overall revenue. This role involves proactive outreach, lead conversion, and maintaining exceptional customer service to maximize group bookings. From corporate team-building sessions to birthday parties and private events, you will be the primary driver of sales growth for group experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesGroup Sales * Proactively close inbound leads for group sales, including corporate events, birthday parties, and other large gatherings. * Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to drive event bookings. * Conduct sales calls, send proposals, and follow up with clients to secure group contracts. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. * Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase group bookings. * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. * Conduct outbound outreach as necessary to generate new business and expand the client base. * Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless booking experience for clients. Customer Service * Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. * Develop personalized solutions for each group to create a unique and memorable experience. * Gather post-event feedback to improve processes and maintain high customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in group sales, hospitality sales, or a related field. * Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing outstanding client experiences. * Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple leads simultaneously. * Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management tools. * Flexibility: Availability to work full-time, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client needs. * A background in hospitality, entertainment, or motorsports is a plus.
