Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate who is eager to learn quickly and start generating results immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commissioned sales and a passion for phones and technology. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will become an expert cell phone consultant, assisting customers in finding the right products to fit their individual needs. Responsibilities: * Deliver high quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. * Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. * Stay up to date with the latest cell phone technology and product offerings. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. * Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications: * Proven experience in commissioned sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology. * A passion for phones and technology. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
