Extending a positive attitude, having professionalism, and communicating at a high level of understanding of golf equipment and merchandising will be the key to success. Responsibilities: * Greeting and building rapport with guests * Guiding customers through the equipment selection process * Merchandising and keeping product organized * General operational and inventory duties Preferred Qualifications: * A love for and experience in the game of golf * Golf equipment sales experience Required Qualifications: * 3 years of sales experience * Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology * Ability to work 20-40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons. * Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings. Physical Requirements: * Ability to work on your feet for a prolonged period of time. * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
