Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to develop our sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all sales activities, implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Marriott Select Service Experience will be preferable and plus. Or Similar category hotel room sales experience. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals. - Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets. - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status. - Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. - Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies. Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in Marriott Select Service or similar role. - Strong business development, sales, negotiation, and account management skills. - Experience in outside sales and technical sales is a plus. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
