[please apply online] Summary: The ITS Account Manager will monitor inventory levels daily, order items that fall below minimum inventory levels, determine substitutions, maintain equipment at accounts, and solicit sales of new or additional services or products. Responsibilities of the ITS Account Manager include, but are not limited to: * Monitor inventory levels daily * Ordering items that fall below minimum inventory levels * Determine substitutions * Maintain equipment at accounts * Customer relations * Basic understanding of metal cutting products * Solicit sales of new or additional services or products Qualifications of the ITS Account Manager include, but are not limited to: * Ambitious and serious about starting your career * College degree preferred but not required * Excellent interpersonal and communications skills * Organized * Able to follow procedures * Strong customer orientation * Attention to detail * Problem analysis and resolution skills * Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is a must * Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines Additional Information: Physical Demand: Lifting up to 40lbs Working Conditions: Warehouse/Office Training/Certifications: N/A Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Travel: 25%, may require overnight stays 1-3 times a month.
