Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Manager to lead our internet sales team, drive lead generation, and increase customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and Inspire: Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of Internet Sales Associates. Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help your team succeed and grow. * Customer Engagement: Connect with prospective customers through phone and email, schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up on missed opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate. * CRM Mastery: Leverage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (eLead) to develop and maintain a robust prospect development system and track customer interactions. * Customer Satisfaction: Implement and oversee an effective owner follow-up system to drive repeat and referral business, contributing to high customer satisfaction scores. * Seamless Lead Management: Transfer online leads efficiently to the Sales team and collaborate with Sales Management to provide timely quotes and information to customers. * Brand Advocacy: Uphold and demonstrate behaviors aligned with Hanania's Vision, Mission, and Values in every customer and team interaction. * Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the dealership's goals and operations. What We 're Looking For: * Proven success in internet sales , digital lead management, and online customer acquisition. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team. * Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and digital marketing strategies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Results-driven mindset with a focus on increasing sales and profitability. * Automotive, retail, or e-commerce sales experience is a plus! * Screening: Must pass pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug test.
