Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. * Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a positive customer experience. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status. Requirements * Proven experience in sales with Metro by T-Mobile for 6 to 9 months. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele (Bilingual will be given priority - English & Spanish). * Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters positive relationships. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer accounts. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
