What You 'll Do * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that drives occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR growth * Lead the sales team with clarity, passion, and accountability * Own the corporate, group, and social markets--maintaining and growing key accounts * Build lasting relationships with local businesses, CVB partners, and community stakeholders * Represent the hotel at networking events, tradeshows, and sales missions * Collaborate with the General Manager and Revenue team to optimize pricing and inventory * Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and team productivity metrics * Ensure consistency with IHG standards and support brandwide initiatives What You Bring * Proven experience in hotel sales leadership--preferably in a boutique or lifestyle property * A deep understanding of market segmentation and revenue strategy * Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills * The ability to build, coach, and inspire a highperforming sales team * A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets * Knowledge of Delphi, Opera, or IHG systems is a plus * A proactive, selfdriven attitude--you don't wait for opportunity, you create it * Local market knowledge a plus (but not required) What You 'll Gain * A leadership role in one of Jacksonville's most unique boutique hotels * Autonomy, support, and a seat at the table with ownership and executive leadership * Competitive base salary + incentive plan * Medical, dental, vision benefits + paid time off * Hotel discounts (IHG and more!) * A work environment that values individuality, heart, and performance This is your chance to make your mark.
