Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager - Hybrid - Irvine, CA Are you looking for an incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing insurance company and advance your career in the insurance space? This well-established Irvine-based brokerage wants to add an experienced Commercial Lines Account Assistant to their team. Key Responsibilities will include: * Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to Account Managers and clients * Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc. * Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc. * Give excellent customer service via phone and email * Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability * Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Qualifications Needed to Thrive: * P&C license required * 2+ years of Commercial Lines Account Assistant experience at a retail brokerage * Experience with Commercial Accounts on a generalist book of business * Proficiency in EPIC * In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures The Perks: * Salary Ranges from $60k-75k, depending on experience * A full suite of benefits that include health, dental, vision, & life insurance, 401(k), and more * Career growth - this position will lead to more and more opportunities within the company Why Work with Insurance Relief?
