Working with AT&T, our Internet Service Assistants will provide exemplary service to our local customers. We welcome applications from Internet Service Assistants who demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, resilience, and a readiness to embrace telecommunication challenges, as these qualities are essential for success in this position Internet Service Assistant Responsibilities: * The Internet Service Assistant will work with customers who are inquiring about new internet speeds * Be knowledgeable in understanding customers requests and be able to provide them with detailed information in regards to their current internet speeds, what their location is eligible for, and when their soonest installation date may be * Manage customer accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving sales and billing issues, and providing technical support with precision and attention to detail * Facilitate clear communication while delivering tailored product recommendations * Build relationships with customers by guiding them through the sales process and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. * Use sales techniques to optimize customer insight and close internet sales deals * Stay well-informed about our products, services, and promotional offerings to provide accurate and relevant sales information to customers * Pursue opportunities for professional development, engage in regular feedback sessions, and actively participate in team discussions aimed at enhancing sales efforts Requirements for the Internet Service Assistant Position: * Prior working experience in a customer service or sales related role * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving * Understanding of internet services is a plus such as the difference between 5G and Fiber optics * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment.
