Role and Responsibilities: As a Sales Associate at Cindy Shumaker State Farm, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: * Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engaging with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and providing tailored insurance solutions to protect their assets and loved ones. * Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new leads through various channels, including referrals, community involvement, and networking events. * Relationship Building: Building strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
