As the first and last point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. What You 'll Do * Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude. * Process transactions accurately (cash, credit, and debit payments) and issue receipts. * Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure smooth daily operations. * Provide product information and help customers locate specific items. * Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy. * Assist with restocking, arranging displays, and light merchandising as needed. * Support other areas of the store as required to contribute to overall team success. What We 're Looking For * Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required. * Strong basic math skills and attention to detail. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and teammates. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed. * High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
