As our Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on new customer acquisitions, and work with each individual customer to create customized solutions for their needs. Each day, you'll have a pipeline of perspective clients who are looking for JME's industry expertise, NO COLD CALLING required! Duties and Responsibilities * Understand client needs and provide solutions and support * Answer client questions and follow-up questions * Work with sales team to help close sale opportunities * Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics * Maintain a database of prospective client information using Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc. * Work with clients through the entire sales process from quoting to closing process * Meet weekly and daily metrics/KPIs as laid out by the Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications * High school degree or equivalent * 1-year previous experience as an inside sales representative, or related sales experience, industrial sales preferred * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/Salesforce experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with current and potential customers * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently What we offer: * Pay: $50K - $60K base with uncapped commission * Benefits include 401(k) with company match, Health/Dental/Vision insurance, and PTO * Flexible work schedule!
