We are seeking a passionate and motivated Business Sales Trainee to join our team and help connect our community with the services we offer. Job Summary: As a Business Sales Trainee, you will play a vital role in engaging with the public to promote our services and ensure that individuals receive the support they need. You will be responsible for building relationships, qualifying potential clients, and facilitating access to our services through effective communication and outreach strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Actively engage with clients and customers through outreach initiatives * Assess the needs of individuals and qualify them for available services, ensuring a good match between their needs and our offerings. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, organizations, and potential clients to foster trust and encourage referrals. * Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our services, programs, and eligibility criteria to potential clients and community members. * Gather feedback from community members to identify areas for improvement in our services and outreach strategies. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to address the needs of the community effectively. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Social Services, or a related field preferred. * Previous experience in sales, community outreach, or customer service is highly desirable. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software. * Passion for community engagement and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
