As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and customer- focused Sales Representative to join us. This role is perfect for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients create their ideal outdoor spaces. WHAT YOU 'LL DO As a Sales Representative for Southern California, you'll serves clients throughout Los Angeles, San Diego, Long Beach, Santa Barbara, and the surrounding areas. This role involves managing client interactions from lead acquisition to project completion including scheduling site visits, understanding client needs, providing product information, and preparing detailed quotes with accurate pricing. You will also be responsible for uploading all client data into the project management system and working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution. Key responsibilities include: Lead Management & Client Engagement * Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads to generate new business. * Schedule and conduct site visits to assess client needs and discuss project options. * Provide expert product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions. * Prepare and present detailed quotes with accurate pricing. * Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction throughout the process. Project Coordination & Workflow Optimization * Work closely with operations and project managers to optimize workflow efficiency. * Ensure all client details, including site documentation and quotes, are uploaded into the project management system. * Collaborate with project managers to confirm project details before installation. * Handle payment collection and ensure smooth financial transactions. * Ensure branch profitability by balancing sales objectives with operational efficiency. Sales Growth & Brand Promotion * Assist with trade shows and marketing initiatives to expand brand reach. * Participate in sales training and stay updated on new product offerings. * Share marketing and promotional ideas with the General Manager. WHAT YOU 'LL BRING We're looking for someone who brings: * Proven sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or outdoor living solutions. * Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients. * Self-motivation and independence, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area for client meetings. * Availability for evening and weekend work as needed.
