Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Drive business development initiatives through warm calling and networking to expand the client base. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for account growth. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. * Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. * Prepare and present sales proposals, demonstrating the value of our products and services. * Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts while ensuring alignment with company goals. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status in the CRM system. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within technology sales. * Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly. * Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions. * Experience in warm calling and building rapport with potential clients. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration across departments. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
