Responsibilities * Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. * Advise buyers and sellers and turn consultations into signed agreements * Skillfully negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers. * Implement lead generation systems on a weekly basis. * Engage in weekly script practice in line with team standards. * Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program within first 120 days. * Actively participate in team meetings, events, and other activities as per team guidelines. * Dedicate time to weekly coaching/ mentorship sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls. Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
