Overview: We have exciting opportunity for Business Development Director roles to sell the full suite of Innomind's services and solutions (Product Engineering, Data/AI, Application Development & Testing Services, Cloud and Infrastructure Solutions, IT Consulting Services, etc.) into High - Tech Domain. About Innominds: Innominds is a differentiated Digital and Product Engineering services company. Over the decades they have been delivering innovation to ISVs, OEMs and Enterprises serving the industry segments - Software & Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, Construction, Automotive and Logistics & Transportation. Their services offer True Velocity for AI adoption driven non-linear outcomes. Their vision is to deliver Engineering Intelligence responsibly to help their customers innovate on future-proof scalable solutions and products integrating connected devices to cloud and cognition. Role: The Sales Director will grow net new business and a new pipeline in the High- Tech space. Requires deep understanding of market and competition to develop appropriate sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, in conjunction with project teams. A good Sales Hunter is keen to get their hands dirty and actively help the team develop value propositions based on a firm understanding of opportunity areas at Technology companies. Responsibilities: * Responsible for identifying and closing new deals in the Hi-Tech space. * Leverage the Innominds ecosystem of capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals, and service lines to develop solutions that address the client's business problems. * Ground-breaking force behind developing platform solutions specifically geared towards Hi-Tech enterprises. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. * 7+ years of experience, with strong sales experience in the service industry. * Understanding of Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and large deal experience. * Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant business development experience selling IT services. * Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXOs of leading organizations. * Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations. * Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Preferred: * History of achieving/overachieving sales targets. * Experience in S/W contract negotiations. * Experience with competitor mapping and SWOT analysis. * Ability to define specific groundbreaking solutions within abstract environments. * Well networked within the IT services industry and High Tech vertical. * Ability to identify upcoming RFPs/deals by networking with key client partners.
