Job description FloorQuest - Waukesha Sales Administrator Duties Support Sales Team on various tasks which includes, but is not limited to: * Must have strong computer, organizational, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills. * Strong basic math skills are required. * Be self-motivated, a quick learner, and be able to work independently and in team settings. * Prior construction office experience is desired; previous floor covering/cabinetry experience is a definite plus. * Manage purchase orders, communications, and schedules. * Track materials and installation dates. Communicate with Mill and Vendor Representatives as needed. * Print out (to scale) project blueprints and layouts for Sales Team and/or Installers. * Track and/or assist in getting customer approvals on all assigned projects. * Make samples for internal and customer showrooms. * Assist in processing claims * Handle Incoming Phone Inquiries * Display and always maintain top notch customer service. Basic Requirements: * Be pleasant and enjoy working with a wide variety of people. * Possess proven keyboarding, written, and verbal skills. * Have demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Be willing to learn a variety of industry and company-specific software programs. * Ability to communicate professionally with staff and customers in a courteous and polite manner We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
