We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to help us connect with new retail partners, bike shops, and distributors. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential--your success grows with our success! What You 'll Do * Drive B2B Sales: Identify and establish partnerships with retail stores and distributors to expand our market reach. * Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with potential and existing partners, ensuring long-term business growth. * Market & Product Education: Present and demonstrate our e-bike lineup, showcasing the value and unique selling points of Cardin Razza. * Negotiate & Close Deals: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to finalizing agreements. * Stay Ahead of Trends: Provide insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to enhance our sales strategy. * Flexible & Independent Work: Take ownership of your sales pipeline and strategies while collaborating with our team for support and guidance. What We 're Looking For * Experience in sales, business development, or B2B partnerships (bike industry experience is a huge plus!). * Passion for e-bikes, cycling, or mobility solutions. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently. * Willingness to hustle and open doors--this is a growth opportunity in a startup environment!
