As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for driving outreach efforts and generating qualified leads for energy programs serving low-income households. For more information, visit [please apply online] REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES : * Outreach & Lead Generation: Initiate contact and generate qualified leads for low-income households eligible for energy programs using various outreach methods such as door-to-door visits, phone calls, mailings, door hangers, flyers, and community events. * Client Intake: Complete applications and review necessary documentation to confirm eligibility for energy programs. Gather important household details to ensure all required information is collected. * Assessment & Consultation: Conduct home assessments to identify necessary repairs or energy-saving measures needed for eligible homes. * Energy Education: Provide clients with essential energy saving information and promote energy efficient measures and available programs. * Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and customers to ensure timely progress of applications and services. * Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries. Report unresolved issues as needed. * Paperwork & Reporting: Complete and submit all necessary applications and documents using a tablet and database system, ensuring accuracy. * Meet Performance Goals: Achieve assigned outreach and lead generation goals. QUALIFICATIONS: * CSLB Home Improvement Sales Card is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines and goals. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred. * Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently via tablet and databases within deadlines. * Ability to work with individuals from diverse ethnic and economic backgrounds. * Physical ability to work in varying environments, including both office and customer homes, which may require sitting, walking, climbing stairs, and carrying materials up to 20 lbs. PAY: This is a commission based, performance-driven position. Earnings are based on the number of leads and applications you generate, offering unlimited earning potential.
