Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technical sales, and will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, territory management, and effective communication with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations that showcase our offerings. Duties * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and expand the customer base. * Manage assigned territories effectively to maximize sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships. * Engage in inside sales activities, including cold calling and follow-ups to convert leads into customers. * Deliver compelling product demos to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance market presence. * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Track sales metrics and report on progress towards goals regularly. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or inside sales environment. * Strong skills in lead generation and business development. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Familiarity with territory sales management principles. * Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently and persuasively. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. * A willingness to learn about new products and market trends is essential. * Must be able to speak English & Spanish.
