Job opening for the right candidate with enthusiasm and customer service skills. Richmond Harley-Davidson is looking for a person to add to their Sales Team. Major Duties and Responsibilities: * Use floor time effectively to meet customer's needs and build value in the products offered by Harley-Davidson * Complete all training requirements in a timely manner. * Follow up and customer retention skills are a must. * Candidates with a motorcycle endorsement preferred. * Friendly and eager attitude to help customers coming in the store or on the phone. * Ability to meet or exceed your sales goal every month. * Must be able to lift a 900-pound motorcycle. * Must be a team player, but at the same time, be competitive and strive to be the top producer.
