Job Description We are currently seeking to add a new Aftermarket and Accessory Director. This role involves collaborating with a team to develop high-value solutions for customers. Shaping the team to educate and inform customers who've already purchased a vehicle to the many different aftermarket products available, so they can personalize their new vehicle. The ideal candidate will be very enthusiastic, enjoy working and talking with co-workers and customers, and have solid sales skills. Supervisory Responsibilities: * Manages and oversees Aftermarket functions. * Building/growing that department's revenue * Working and educating sales staff on products and services * Building and maintaining relationships with current and new vendors * Work with department managers with scheduling work, stocking of accessories and maintaining a high level of customer service Duties/responsibilities * Present and sell a wide range of aftermarket products, including accessories, parts, and services (e.g., paint protection, wheels, rust proofing). * Meet or exceed sales targets for aftermarket products and service. * Provide diligent follow up with customers regarding the scheduling and installation of aftermarket parts and accessories. * Process sales transactions, handle payments, and generate invoices. * Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and inventory. * May include other related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Understanding customer needs and concerns is crucial for tailoring product recommendations. * Ability to influence customers to make a purchase. * Excellent customer service skills. * Familiarity with the range of products offered, including features, benefits, and applications. * Identifying and attracting potential customers. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Physical requirements * Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
