The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and have the ability to engage with clients effectively and close the deal. This role involves both outside sales and management, focusing on lead generation, achievement of goals, and building lasting relationships with customers. Duties * Proactively generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline. * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management. * Assess customer needs and present tailored roofing solutions. * Provide accurate estimates and explain product and service offerings. * Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets. * Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion. * Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. * Generate leads through various channels and follow up on potential sales opportunities. * Collaborate with the management team to strategize on achieving sales targets and improving overall performance. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales (roofing or construction experience preferred). * Strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. * Experience in lead generation techniques and direct sales methodologies. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
