Golden Communications is looking for individuals to add to our Verizon Sales Assistant team. As a Verizon Sales Assistant working with our telecommunication services, you will manage customer accounts to create exceptional support for our customers in the tech and telecom sector. We are looking to advance the services available to our customers and the evolution of what is possible for their daily internet needs. Our Verizon Sales Assistants will take on the responsibility of boosting our customer base and broadening our service reach. The Verizon Sales Assistant will be able to strategically approach situations and be an expert in the sales process with new and existing customers. Verizon Sales Assistant Responsibilities: * Work with customers and their accounts to see what internet services they are inquiring for and provide information to have all customers' needs met * Learn the product knowledge on internet available to customers to process sales orders and assist the customer in their new devices * Present a wide range of products, services, and even update customers on promotions for the best possible service * Assist with invoicing, account updates, and installations to support customers throughout their entire sales process and delivery * Learn how to work with Ipad, Tablet and other tech devices regularly to navigate efficiently and keep sales orders organized * Train with the sales team to know what services to offer customers based on what they are looking for Verizon Sales Assistant Skills: * Experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus * Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing accounts * Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions * Problem-resolution * Ability to multitask * Skills in collaboration and teamwork to solve operational challenges Position Overview: * Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position * Pay : 100% commission - $100 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee. * Hours: This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 30-40 hours per week * Location : This position will be based out of our office and an assigned territory to cover. Verizon Sales Assistants will be working face to face with customers Clients & Products: We work with Verizon promoting and signing up new customers for their internet services Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: On the road
