Job Function: Repair & Service Location: El Segundo, CA, US, 90245 Work Flexibility: Hybrid Pay Range: $33.56 - $48.59/PER HOUR Job ID: 3824 We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Technical Service Representative to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our Clinical Technical Services department, you'll provide expert product advice to internal and external customers, promoting customer satisfaction and the KARL STORZ brand. Key Responsibilities*: * Provide technical assistance on KARL STORZ products. * Develop and demonstrate product knowledge. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. * Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements*: * 2+ years of relevant experience in SPD, surgical technology, or a related field. * High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year college or technical degree preferred. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to learn medical terminology and product knowledge. Preferred Qualifications*: * 2-4 years of relevant experience. * Certifications/Credentials preferred (CST, CRCST, CBME, CBMT, RN, CBET). * Familiarity with endoscopic devices and procedures. * Understanding of infection control practices and techniques.
