Position Overview We're looking for a forward-thinking AT&T Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of major telecommunications clients like AT&T, introducing cutting-edge products and services to potential customers. You'll demonstrate and explain the benefits of these offerings, utilizing your strong communication skills to effectively engage customers. This position requires patience, professionalism, and a passion for helping customers understand and enjoy the latest in AT&T technology. AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and their customers, providing product knowledge and support. * Participate in daily training sessions with our Directors to stay current on client offerings and industry trends. * Collaborate with the sales team to effectively communicate product information to customers, helping to drive revenue and build brand awareness in local markets. * Use interpersonal skills to educate customers about available services, ensuring they fully understand the benefits and options. * Prioritize customer needs in every interaction by actively listening, building rapport, and taking prompt action to meet their expectations and foster loyalty. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED. * Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and colleagues. * Comfortable with public speaking and able to present information clearly to support sales goals. * Adaptable to a dynamic, technology-driven environment. * Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet customer needs promptly.
