Summary We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Pumping Solutions Inc. Located in the heart of our operations, this role is vital for delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting our high-quality pump solutions. You will be part of a fun and engaging environment where your contributions matter. Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs. * Provide excellent customer service both in-store and over the phone. * Learn about our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits. * Support sales initiatives through direct sales efforts and follow-up communications. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure a welcoming environment. Requirements * College school diploma or equivalent; * Strong interest in industrial/engineered sales and customer service. * Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. * Basic understanding of sales processes; experience with CRM is a plus but not required.
