Essential Functions: * Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management. * Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work). * Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts through Stonhard's Salesforce CRM system. * Monitors customers' accounts receivables and is responsible for the follow-up of same. Minimum Requirements: * T wo (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry. * Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. * Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. * Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions. * Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. * Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment. * A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks. * Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software [please apply online] and Microsoft 365. * You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation . Physical Requirements: * While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. * The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. * The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. * This position requires wearing a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.
