Job Description If you are a good communicator and comfortable talking with people, we think you could be a great Insurance Agent in our agency. Primary responsibilities would include selling (home, auto, boat, off-road, condo, renters insurance, life, etc.) and servicing our insurance offerings to new and existing customers. Insurance experience is great, but not necessary to be successful in our agency! If you do have experience, having success, but want a better culture, you should apply too! We have a heavy marketing budget and our top sales agents are making $90,000-$125,000k+ and we have an amazing team that is here to help you be successful. We provide hands on training along with a team concept of constant support. We know if you aren't successful, we aren't successful. Requirements * Confident, Self-starter who works well independently and as a team. * Willingness to learn and coachable. * Exceptional communication skills on the phone and via email (ability to type). * Problem solver.
